Warriors Draft Insider Revealed: Rookie Rated Above the Crowd, Only One Ahead of Him

The Warriors selected Michigan forward Axel Lundberg with the 11th overall pick in the first round of the 2026 NBA Draft. According to reporter Tim Kawakami, in the Warriors' internal draft evaluation, Lundberg's rating was second only to Grizzlies' third overall pick Cameron Boozer. Team sources say Lundberg's rating is roughly on par with Burris, with only Duke's Boozer being placed in a higher tier.
