2032 Euro Stadium Results May Be Delayed! Italian FA: October 1 Deadline Holds, 11 Stadiums Locked In

Italian FA chairman Marrochi said that UEFA may postpone the announcement of the 2032 European Championship host stadium results, but Italy's October 1 deadline for submitting a list of five stadiums remains unchanged. The delay only refers to the timing of the official announcement from UEFA's Nyon headquarters. Marrochi stated that communications with UEFA have been smooth, candidate cities have been identified and are under evaluation. There are currently 11 stadiums in the bidding process: Cagliari, Florence, Lecce, Milan, Naples, Palermo, Rome (three stadiums), Salerno, and Turin. The most favored proposal includes Turin, two stadiums in Rome, Milan's new stadium, and one stadium chosen from among Florence, Palermo, and Naples.
