According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', AC Milan will appoint James Fontanella as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. He currently serves as a finance and sports business reporter for the 'Financial Times', responsible for strategizing Milan's relations with Italian and international institutions, working alongside Caldarella, Scarone, and CEO Calveri. Born in 1983 and raised in Italy, Fontanella was a goalkeeper for Piacenza and Pavia; he was in Piacenza's youth system from 1996 to 2000, playing alongside Gilardino; and played for Pavia in Serie D from 2000 to 2001. He later switched to journalism, spending 20 years at the 'Financial Times', interviewing Caldarella multiple times, and recently serving as US Finance Editor.
