Ex-Real Madrid player's blunt advice: Endrick better off leaving than sitting on the bench

Former Real Madrid player Fabri said in an interview with AS that if Endrick continues to lack playing time, he would be better off leaving to seek development. Fabri joined Real Madrid in 1998 on a five-year contract but never played an official match for the club; after five loan spells, he joined Atletico Madrid in 2002. He compared himself with Reinier, believing both failed to get opportunities because of high expectations. Speaking about the Brazil national team, Fabri said Ancelotti has a heavy workload, that Brazil is still far from returning to its peak, and that there are shortcomings in almost every position. On Neymar, he made it clear that he should not be called up again and that a new generation needs to be developed, and he believes Neymar will struggle to reach by 2030 the level Messi, Modric or Cristiano Ronaldo showed last year. Fabri advised Endrick to go to a team where he can play and grow.
