Bayern CEO responds to transfer rumors: No formal offer for Olise this summer, future remains uncertain

Bayern Munich's CEO recently stated publicly that during the recently concluded summer transfer window, the club received no formal offer for French winger Michael Olise. However, when pressed on whether the player is certain to remain at the Allianz Arena long-term, the executive stopped short of giving a definitive commitment.

Olise, 24, has established himself among the world's elite wide attackers. Rumors of a departure from the Bundesliga powerhouse have persistently swirled in the transfer market. Back in June, as speculation grew that the Frenchman could receive an offer, another top European club came out to deny any "official-level contact" with the German champions.

"The claim that Bayern received an offer is pure fiction," the club executive said bluntly in a local media interview. "We never received any formal offer. We have repeatedly stressed that we have no interest in selling him—that is our clear stance. Olise means a great deal to this team. He is like a magician on the pitch, and the chemistry this team shows is perfect," he added.

However, when asked whether he could reassure fans concerned about his future, the CEO's response was evasive. "Making promises in this business is a delicate matter," he said.

When the conversation turned to Harry Kane's potential contract extension, the executive also opened up: "We get along very well. Obviously... both sides have positive intentions. The specific length of the contract falls under details I am not in a position to discuss here," he added with a smile.
