In the opening round of the Champions League, three Ballon d'Or favorites shone on the same night: Barcelona crushed Feyenoord 5-1, with the 19-year-old Lamine Yamal wearing the captain's armband and contributing a heel through-ball nutmeg, a direct free-kick goal and two assists, while also completing 8 successful dribbles and 4 key passes, achieving a transformation from 'talented rising star' to 'true leader'; Paris Saint-Germain swept Bratislava 6-1, with the reigning Ballon d'Or winner Ousmane Dembele bagging 2 goals and 1 assist in just 31 minutes, creating 4 goals in total and answering all the doubts with his powerful wing attacks; while Ferran Torres scored a hat-trick in only 26 minutes, bringing the decisive mentality of the World Cup final to the Champions League. The simultaneous explosions of the three on the same night have turned the Ballon d'Or race from 'Dembele's repeat' into a 'three-way showdown.'
